We’re also excited to introduce a brand-new offering for 2025: a dynamic online workout class every Tuesday morning! This virtual class is designed to fit into your busy schedule, so you can start your week with a burst of energy from the comfort of your home. Whether you’re looking to improve your flexibility, strength, or simply get your body moving, this class is perfect for all fitness levels.
We're also thrilled to have Morgiana teach an Arabic Pop Choreography Workshop on January 12th with a performance option! We can't wait to see you in class—both in person and online—this year!

Belly Dance Core Fitness Fusion (Hybrid Class)

Enjoy this fitness fusion class! This class is great for students new to belly dance, those looking for a low impact workout, and individuals aiming to strengthen their technique. Class starts with a mat based warm-up focusing on core strengthening, then moves into belly dance technique and combinations. Belly dance movements will integrate core strengthening and toning. We'll work with these combinations into a short dance routine. Class ends with a relaxing stretch. This is an all levels class. Zoom link will be sent after registration. Join us for a fun-filled belly dance experience! In this session, we will go beyond the basics of classic belly dance while enjoying an immersive and engaging movement experience. Each class introduces you to essential isolations, steps, and combinations, and explores the relevant history of the dance. This class is ideal for advanced beginners and those looking to enhance their dance skills in a supportive environment. Wear comfortable attire, such as yoga pants and a t-shirt, and remember to bring a water bottle. Modern Belly Dance Fusion

Join us for a captivating Modern Belly Dance Fusion class that celebrates uplifted posture, graceful arm work, fluid movements, and earthy expression. We'll incorporate elements from Western dance styles, including pops and locks, lyrical dance, and original combinations to create a unique experience.
In this session, you'll learn fundamental techniques, expand your dance vocabulary, learn exciting belly dance routines, and explore the use of props. Our music selection will span from traditional Middle Eastern sounds to EDM and pop, ensuring an energizing atmosphere.
Each class begins with a conditioning warm-up and concludes with a soothing yoga cool down. This session is suitable for all levels, so whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, we can't wait to dance with you! Slow Flow Yoga

Join us for a gentle vinyasa flow class that includes energizing sun salutations, a variety of standing poses, deep stretches, breath work, and relaxation techniques. Throughout the practice, we'll focus on breath awareness and intention. The session will conclude with a calming body scan to help you deeply relax. This class is suitable for all levels, and students are encouraged to bring their own mats. No refunds unless class is canceled by instructor.

DATURA STYLE™ Belly Dance Workshop: Side to Side Study
Saturday, January 11th 1:00 - 3:00PM
Cost: $35
Enjoy a fun filled Datura Style® Belly Dance Workshop. You'll learn the Side Study focusing on isolations, foot patterns, and arms! This is a fast moving workshop covering a lot of ground. We'll start with a flexibility based yoga warm up. Following the warm-up, we'll dig into side to side movement technique including rib cage slides (horizontal and vertical), ribcage figure eights, sidewinder, side to side undulations, pairing them with foot and arm patterns, and finishing with combinations. We'll learn additional vocabulary such as the Maya Pull, Weird Water Snake, and Double Turn. Class end with a stabilizing cool down. No refunds unless workshop is canceled by instructor.

Arabic Pop Choreography Workshop with Morgiana

Kristin Ward (aka Morgiana) leads participants through a “Feel Good” Arabic pop choreography to the duet “Leila” by artists Hakim and James Brown. Simple, fun movements drill hip work and isolations while focusing on building joy and confidence in dance performance.

Yoga Workshop
